This is a family run restaurant/hotel, occupying a prime location at the highest point of Pissouri Village. The restaurant commands views all around, across a vine filled valley to the endless Mediterranean coast in the south and in the north to the lovely Troodos mountain range. The Sofocleous family built the restaurant/hotel and have run the business since 1991. Hill View is a magnificent first class restaurant serving by far the finest cuisine Pissouri can offer. Their excellent Sunday Lunch Carvery is also a must, but should be booked in advance.

Stunning Hill view location. On a clear day, you can see Limassol and recognize the new structure of the casino in the distance. This is a french oriented cuisine. Don't forget to order some starters and a nice bottle of Cyprus wine to go alone with.
