It is locally stunning skybar located on rooftop floor of Phnom Penh Tower. The best part is the 360 degree view of whole city center, quite naturally windy; it's good to have 1-2 hours relaxing moment. Tip: Try to be there for sunset view and enjoy the moment until 7-8pm.

Eclipse is placed on the top of Phnom Penh Tower. You should visit here once during your stay. You can look down all the place in Phnom Penh city from here. I love beef tataki and long island ice tea
