Very family friendly beach very close to the town center. There are benches with an area for bbq-ing. So bring your own barbecue and enjoy your food while overlooking the fjord

Big meetings and national celebrations have taken place here with historical figures, as a symbol of national unity in the former border region between Denmark and Germany. It's a nice stop on an alternative drive to or from Kolding with a nice view. A visitor centre is planned to open in 2020.”
