"Fleur" means "flower" in French, and "Fleur de lis" roughly translates to "flower of the lily". The fleur de lis (spelled fleur de lys in French) was used in the coat of arms of the royalty of France.

For pizza, this one you have to try. Outstanding pizza, unique crust, I used to drive 3 hours from North Louisiana to get a Fleur pizza on Friday night. It's the truth.
