When you can't stomach another glass of red wine, stop by La Condesa for expertly mixed margaritas and California-style Mexican. The fresh seafood (we love the ceviche and fish tacos) makes the menu.
Second branch of a famous Austin restaurant. Great margaritas and chips, and a nice ambiance. The food was great and then not as great, but I hear it's pretty good again, worth trying.

“This taqueria is a local favorite not just because of its consistent high quality, but because it’s fast and easy, like every good taqueria should be. The meat is always cooked impeccably and the fresh ingredients are a stark contrast to other heavy, greasy Mexican joints. Order any of the tacos from their two locations, especially the shrimp tacos with spicy cream sauce, and you’ll see exactly what we mean. If you can’t get enough Villa Corona, you’re in luck, because now they cater. Order an assortment of meats with tortillas, tostada shells, chips, salsa and guacamole, and let your guests mix and match. With reasonable prices and plentiful portions, Villa Corona is the valley’s must-stop taco shop. ”

“Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen (named for Chef Cindy Pawlcyn who, with a James Beard award under her belt, is a big name in Napa’s food scene) is housed in a cool little 1920’s building that used to be a bordello. The menu is a nice mix, with items that feel elevated, but not too fancy to keep this from being a neighborhood joint. Pawlcyn makes great use of the restaurant’s wood-fired oven with duck meatballs and braised pork shoulder, or try classics like the avocado and papaya salad or the lobster cobbler.”

“PRESS is the Napa take on the classic steakhouse. Think big, bold and rich flavors with equally compelling wines. Not a light meal, but excellent for special occasions and meat lovers.”

“Contemporary design and seasonal ingredients make this restaurant swoon-worthy from the inside out. Architect Howard Backen, who also designed Ovid Winery, constructed Archetype’s dining room with comfortable sophistication in mind. Hand-crafted cocktails and fresh cuisine in a beautiful space—what more can you ask for at brunch?”
