This place has an aquarium and a lovely botanical garden. The Japanese garden is worth a visit.
About 15 mins from the place, has aquarium next door and a really good park with variety of plants and green houses
The ABQ Biopark Botanic Garden is a 36-acre botanical garden located beside the Rio Grande. The garden showcases plants of the Southwest and other arid climates, and includes a 10,000-square-foot conservatory, formal themed gardens, and a demonstration garden.
Botanical Garden + Aquarium. If you want to make a whole day of it you can take the train from the Zoo to the Gardens!
Albuquerque has a wonderful Botanical Gardens as well as an Aquarium in the same location. The Japanese Gardens are especially beautiful and you won't want to miss them.
