This is THE BEST PHO you will find in San Jose and possibly the bay area. They use high quality Angus beef from Costco and keep a very close eye on the salt levels in their broth for the perfect bowl of Pho. My personal favorite is the "Meat on Rib Pho" which comes with, not one, but TWO! MASSIVE ribs with meat on the end. If you add some sriracha and oyster sauce to it, the flavor is going to leave a impressionable memory.

Variety foods, soup, rice dishes, pan fried noodles, etc..prize reasonable. You’re not disappointed.
