USSR used to have the head quarters here on the top floor of Torni building. Now there is a bar from which you can enjoy the views over the city.

Excellent view of Helsinki and Gulf of Finland. Drinks are good and staffs are nice. However you need to climb a spiral staircase to get on the top, kinda difficult if you are wearing high heels and short skirt.

Best views of Helsinki! Take the hotel elevator to the top floor, then walk the narrow stairs up another floor.

The best view of the city from the balconies of Ateljee Bar. Go inside the hotel lobby and take a lift to top floor. Climb the narrow stairs to the bar.
