Looe is a beautiful Cornish fishing port. Lots of bars and great restaurants, individual shops, fishing trips, fantastic atmosphere, really really friendly and welcoming. Famous for its music festival, mid September each year, mainly free music in bars and streets, ticketed to main stage, which attract top names.

Take the train to Liskeard on the picturesque valley line and you can change and go to Plymouth, St Ives etc.
