Wonderful place for kids to play while you sip your coffee/wine/beer by the cafes along the square. Also, has manby shops for daily needs.

Preferred local picnic location. In summer, locals bring out anything from their picnic Blankets to full on Sets of foldable chairs and tables to enjoy some outdoor dining. Feel free to join with your takeaway or homecooked provisions and join the fun. In summer (any relevant Covid restrictions permitting) the square boasts a wine festival which is very popular and you should check out if you'd like to feel part of the neighbourhood.

Named as one of "Europe's 12 favourite streets" by New York Times, this area houses classic jewels of Mitteleuropa, that were left largely untouched by the Allied bombing at the end of World War II. The space is surrounded by cute little shops, restaurants, cafés and one of our favourite playgrounds. From may til september the whole area becomes crowded when the annual Rheingau wine festival, or Weinbrunnen, moves in. Wine producers from across southern Germany and Austria sell their rieslings and spätburgunders from a wooden hut in the square from the afternoon until late evening. On some weekends there is live music and an outdoor market.

Praised by the New York Times for it's wine festival that lasts all summer long, but still fairly "secret". Definitely worth a visit. Bring your own food to enjoy with a large selection of wines there

Here are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and cafes. Furthermore there is a park and a playground.
