Dirty Janes Bowral

Por que os moradores locais recomendam?

Even if the town of Bowral wasn’t worth a daytrip, Dirty Janes would be motivation enough to drive 1.5 hours south. The space is packed with 60-odd stalls of knickknacks, old fur coats, kitchenalia, and larger furniture pieces. One cosy corner houses Suzie Anderson Home—a stall with rustic French, Belgian, and Hamptons-style furniture, homewares, and linens. The delightful Tea Salon near the entrance serves up tea and scones with jam and cream on vintage fine bone china, but if you want the best meat pies around, head down the main street and join the queue snaking out of Gumnut Patisserie.

A warehouse full of individual stallholders curated stuff. There's everything from vintage watches through to kitchenware and furniture. A great spot for a wander.

This tea salon (and antique shop) is famous for its high tea, where you can nibble on tiers of sandwiches and fluffy, homemade scones with fresh clotted cream.

Huge second hand and new emporium. Many vendors on the one premises. Great Parisian style cafe eat indoors or outdoors at Harry's Cafe on Green Lane or a more casual outdoor dining option. Also a 'Tea Salon' for vintage high teas, sandwiches and soups. A great quirky place for a wander and bite to eat.
