Left Barrel are a farmhouse style microbrewery specialising in sour & barrel aged beers from yesteryear. What the heck does that mean? .....Imagine a bloke in a big shed, putting together brews much like a mad scientist with unique strains of yeast & local ingredients. They are designed to make you think of beer in a different way. One might say, they’re a little left of centre. Great way to spend a quiet afternoon sampling a paddle of up to 20 beers.
