Legendary pub and sailor's hang out in Castletownshend. The nearest pub to The Long Barn, three minutes by boat.

“The most southerly tip of Ireland. The lighthouse museum is well worth a visit with spectacular views. Barleycove Beach is one of my favorites. Crookhaven has a huge sailing community and is lovely to sit on the pier and enjoy a pint on a fine day. Try Sully's for a morning coffee with scones and jam and cream. Pure indulgence.”
