Lake Fork Stables, a 501c3 nonprofit, offers a hands on horsemanship and introduction to horses experience. Guests will groom, tack and then ride our retired racehorses and lesson horses. The purpose is to teach safe horsemanship and introduce guests to the world of horseback riding. They are safe, well-trained horses with personalities! Bookings support our nonprofit programs for local low income, autistic and military kids.

A great place to go for hands-on horseback riding, especially if you are looking for something else for the kids to do while visiting the lake. By appointment only. Funds go to support their non-profit program providing low-income families, military and children with disabilities free riding lessons.
