If you like Cajun food, you'll love Bourbon Street. Located on Meridian downtown across from Pioneer Park, there's so many good items on the menu. While you're there, ask if Mikey is bartending and if he is, ask for "bartenders choice". He's an artist with spirits and liqueurs and makes delicious adult beverages. And the owner, Mike, sometimes joins the live music performances. Eating out here is an experience.

This is a little of NOLA in Puyallup. I recommend the beignets. There is plenty of outdoor seating, but seating is tight inside.
