Cottage on FredericaThis charming cottage is the guesthouse located in our backyard, which is surrounded by a privacy fence. We are centrally located on the island and approximately 3 miles from the beach. This is a very quiet residential area. There is deck and courtyard area on the side of the cottage for guests use. Hosts are empty nester's that live full time in main home with two dogs. This space has been completely renovated in 2018-19. Guests will park in front driveway area.
