Sitella's wines are among the best in the swan valley. With a huge range there's something for everyone. Our favourite is the reserved Chardonnay. They also produce delicious fortified wines. I'm so glad the swan valley is around the corner because there really are some great wineries there.

Its a journey to do the whole Trail but you can break it up and do sections!! Always carry water and protective clothing when walking and hiking in the hills . The Railway Reserves Heritage Trail follows the route of the old Eastern Railway and is unique in providing a 41 kilometre loop entirely on railway formations. This extensive trail passes through quaint hills communities including Darlington, Parkerville and Mundaring, and covers a wide range of terrains with scenic views and numerous points of historical and natural significance.

Its a journey to do the whole Trail but you can break it up and do sections!! Always carry water and protective clothing when walking and hiking in the hills . The Railway Reserves Heritage Trail follows the route of the old Eastern Railway and is unique in providing a 41 kilometre loop entirely on railway formations. This extensive trail passes through quaint hills communities including Darlington, Parkerville and Mundaring, and covers a wide range of terrains with scenic views and numerous points of historical and natural significance.
This trail starts in the John Forest National Park, you can drive there and pay for car entry and park at the picnic grounds or for the more adventerous at heart you can find a trail in from the heritage Track ! It is a 15km round loop and it is totally amazing, the wildflowers, waterfalls, bush settings are tranquil . Not for the faint heartened however you need a decent level of fitness for the uphill and down hill terrain ! the photo moment from the ridge takes in the city and from North to south ...on a clear day they say you could see the ocean !!!
