We are really blessed to have Mt Baker in our back yard! 1.5 hrs and you are up to Artist's Point in the summer. Snowshoeing, hiking and snowboarders all know of this high snow pack and great powder.

Fun, warm , great Italian within moments of the quiet of our spot here in Chuckanut Bay. Pretty impressive for a local happening spot- plus full of artwork by our local star, Ben Mann, who's public work splashes all over Fairhaven . You can buy art right off the wall here.

We love their Rosemary English Muffins which we religiously stock for all guests in the Hobbit House. Yum! And if you pop in there for a deli lunch you will be blown away by the soups and sandwiches. Highly recommended. There is one in downtown Bellingham as well.
