The view is stunning. Try to go when it's still a bit light out, as once it gets dark it's hard to see your food (ha). Surf and Turf is delicious. High end, if your not looking to spend as much, go for lunch!

Snow Ball. That's all you need to know. This place isn't as family friendly as some of the others, although I have definitely brought my kids here plenty of times. It gets tight and the tables are somewhat on top of each other. Very classy, high end. Sushi is the best your going to find in this particular area. They have additional floors with bars and dancing in the basement. Yes, the basement (ha).

It gets tight and the tables are somewhat on top of each other. Very classy, high end. Sushi is the best your going to find in this particular area. They have additional floors with bars and dancing in the basement. Yes, the basement (ha).
The View! And the lady who owns and operates it, mostly by herself, for a very long time, knows her stuff! You can order a coffee and danish and just sit in the lounge chairs facing the ocean. Relaxing, yup!

It's just cool! Obviously the coffee is good and they have breakfast sandwiches too, but the outside is just cool. Family and pet friendly!

I don't even really like burgers and I still have to order a breakfast burger every time I'm there. It's just ridiculously good. They have other good things as well. WALKING distance from the house, can sit inside or out. Casual and budget friendly!

THEIR JUICE AND SMOOTHIE'S ARE AMAZING....when they are actually open (ha). It seems to be run by younger adults and the hours are just odd. But they use fresh healthy ingredients and I love it....but I also love juice and smoothies so to each is own. WALKING distance from the house!

This is the place to be if you want to dance and have fun. It's beautiful, right on the water, and FUN! Cover charges can be steep on the weekends but worth it! Downstairs is usually live music and upstairs is a DJ. Girls, go to the bathroom on the third floor, you wont want to leave (haha), seriously, its the nicest view of the ocean and boats ever.

Nicest beach in Newport, in my opinion! Take an uber from the house, it'll be maybe $5 or so, that way you don't have to pay to park. It's so so beautiful!

Rent one of those little two person cars on Thames Street and drive down Ocean Drive. You can pull off the side of the street when you hit the water and walk down into some of the holes for rock climbing or just taking a dip in the water. You can drive a real car too if you have kids, but the mini cars are just fun!
