This is a great shop and contains wonderful Tasmanian produce including fresh fruit and vegetables, home cooked meals, meat, deli goods, freshly baked bread and so much more. I would advise stopping in on your way and stocking up. They also sell wine, beer and cider!

This place is great, you can do wine and beer tasting with spectacular views. Great food for adults and children! Whilst it is a great restaurant and certainly not a family style restaurant they do cater for children there is an indoor playground. We often have lunch here if it is raining and we feel like getting out. We can have a relaxing meal while the children come and go from the table and play at the play ground. There is also a swimming pool and outdoor playground.

A beautiful walk through a rain forest to arrive at a beautiful waterfall. One the way you could also stop at the Pyengana Diary and sample beautiful cheeses & the Pub in the Paddock. There is also a shop called Shop in the bush. It is worth stopping as it has a collection of interesting and varied pieces.

It is an interesting drive and great to see a historic lighthouse in such a remote place. Be sure to stop at Deep Creek on the way. If you are there on sunset you may even see wombats on the drive home. Be careful not to hit one!
