A great day out for vintage railway enthusiasts and families just a short walk away from us.
The Severn Valley Railway is a heritage railway in Shropshire and Worcestershire. The 16-mile heritage line runs along the Severn Valley from Kidderminster to Bridgnorth , following the course of the River Severn for much of its route, and crossing the river on the historic Victoria Bridge. A freedom of the line day ticket allows you to hop on and off at the different stations and explore beautiful Worcestershire towns such as Bewdley, a Georgian riverside town, `or take a picnic and use the halt at Severn Valley Country Park.

This is our local, a CAMRA award winning pub serving a great selection of real ales. It also offers lunches and early evening meals with last food orders at 6pm. Children are welcome until 9pm.

This is an excellent Chinese restaurant about a 10 minute drive away from us. Service can be a bit slow at busy times but the food is normally well worth the wait.
