Easy walking distance. Best clam chowder. BIG portions. Cheap $5 breakfast. Kid friendly. Bar next door (haven't been). Busy, but usually not a wait. No windows/view, but cozy coastal atmosphere.

Nice spot to find some local flavor. Not recommended for food, since it is spendy for the low quality, if they will serve you (once it seemed like too much effort so they declined). But, the real winner is a classic shuffle board to sip a beer or cider with.

This beautiful community park is the heart of Olivia Beach. There's a playground, sand volleyball, fire pit, BBQ grills, a big lawn, evergreens, wetlands with a foot bridge, and lovely vine trellises.
