Just north of the White Horse (near Kilburn), and at the top of Sutton Bank, the views over the Vale of Mowbray and the Vale of York are said to be the "finest in England". So why not stop at the top of the bank, visit the Centre and blow away the cobwebs with a walk or cycle ride? It's an official Dark Sky Discovery Site too, one of three in the North York Moors.

Not really a park, but that;s the closest I could get! This walled garden used to be used to grow food for the castle. Now it's being restored. Go around lunchtime, the food is great!
