The best place for Tomato soup and grilled cheese (winter only)! The soup changes daily, but if there's no tomato, then there's something just as delicious! Check out this coffee shop located across from the Quadra Island ferry terminal for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Other Menu Favourites: Breakfast wrap (amazing!), veggie sandwich, roasted chicken sandwich, bacon + brie grilled cheese.

Sightseeing

The pier is one of our favourite places! Walking distance from the suite (5-7 min), you have to check it out. In the summertime you can rent fishing rods and get ice cream. It's not unusual to see someone hauling in a nice salmon. And keep your eyes peeled over the water, as the strait is frequented by sea lions, orca whales, humpback whales, and dolphins!

Campbell River's namesake starts below Elk Falls, which is below John Hart Lake, located on the north-east of town. The impressive 89 ft falls drops into a canyon before making its short journey to the ocean. Elk Falls Provincial Park encompasses 1,807 hectares of land around the falls, and is full of great trails for walking and hiking. Have a look over the side of the suspension bridge below the falls for a great view!
