MacRitchie Reservoir - The largest reservoir in Singapore, completed in 1868. The main attraction of the reserve is the TreeTop Walk from the suspended bridge, which is open from 9am to 5pm, Tuesday to Sunday (closes on Mondays). Free Admission. Getting there: The Reservoir is our neighbour. We can just walk to it by using a shortcut footpath via the back gate of Mt Alvernia Hospital, directly opposite Blk 10E of Braddell View @ Marymount Road.

There are many fishes to see in the River Safari, Monster fish which you may not see before. There is also boat ride. Getting there: From Braddell, take the North South Line towards Jurong East. Alight at Khatip (just 4 stops away) and take the Shuttle Bus to the Zoo. Alternate Way - From Braddell, take train towards Jurong East. Alight at Ang Moh Kio. Take bus 138 at Bus Interchange to the Zoo.
