Rendlesham Forest is one of our favourite places to get away from it all. There's a visitor centre, play area and plenting of picnics spots. If you enjoy walking, Rendlesham forest has a number of walking trails for both beginners and the seasoned walker!
The main car park is pay and display but there are some smaller car parks which are free of charge.

Family Fun
This is a great one for the kids! Only 10mins down the road from Timber Yard Glamping and loads to do. Obviously the clue is in the name; it's a farm but it also has a small soft play area; bouncy pillow; outside play area and you can even hug a bunny!
Throughout the year, they have various different fun days so it's worth taking a look at their website before you stay.

Food Glorious Food!
Lovely warm and friendly atmosphere, this is a proper local and you can always guarantee to be greeted with a smile. The food is great and during the summer months they have an outside kitchen which serves various different specialties on a Friday evening which you can enjoy in the garden.
Highly recommended!

Framlingham is best known as the birth place of Ed Sheeran and the famous 'Castle on the Hill' and is only 10 minutes drive from Timber Yard Glamping. You'll be spoilt for choice when is comes to food and drink with everything from Ed Sheeran's favorite pub - The Station, to little independent cafe's such as The Grazing Sheep.
