Arguably the best beach in the county, Wells is truly stunningly beautiful. Famous for it's wonderfully multi-coloured beach huts, this spoilt Norfolk hit truly is a must visit anytime of the year! Miles and miles of sandy beach, ideal for a day out with the family, and dog walkers. There is easy access parking, a small cafe and often an ice cream van close by!

A rare opportunity to get ‘up close and personal ’ to the resident Grey seal and Common Seal colonies without causing disturbance. After boarding one of the five custom ferries at Morston you will head up Morston Creek and out into Blakeney Harbour. Relax and enjoy the beautiful Norfolk Coastline from the shelter of the harbour or keep an eye out for resident and migrating birds. Trips last for about an hour. It is advised to book in advance. Adults £13.00 / Children £7.00 (14 and under)

Created by longshore drift across the River Glaven , Blakeney point is a 4-mile spit of flint-derived shingle and sand dunes. Blakeney is perhaps most famous as a viewing place to see the seals, regular boat tours are available and leave from Morston Quay daily.

The Bowling Green Inn is said to be the oldest pub in Wells with records of landlords going back to the 1673 although it is thought to have existed even before that. Open throughout the year, The Bowling Green Inn offers traditional home cooked cuisine in a relaxed and comfortable pub setting. They serve a delightful selection of local ales and wines from around the world. As well, they also have a secluded beer garden, perfect for sunny days!

Norfolk Coasthopper Buses
A terrific way to see North Norfolk, allowing you to leave the car behind at home. The bus runs between King’s Lynn and Mundesley, and is a great way to visit the villages and seaside towns along the fabulous North Norfolk coastline.
