“This place is a real ristobar. It’s a café and a restaurant at the same time with top notch italian food. Everything is homemade and everything is made from fresh ingredients. My favorite is the Carbonara.”

“No trip to Budapest without trying a traditional "Langos". There's a little shop here that does the best in the city. We recommend the classic cheese with sour-cream langos”

“Probably the best place to try Lángos. Please note, that it is temporary closed in 2020 springtime. Garlic + sour cream + cheese makes the traditional style, but there is a huge variety of possible toppings.”

“Le Petite Bistrot is just a few minutes walk from Szabadság (Freedom) Square and the Hungarian State Opera. The bite-sized place immediately charms us with its Parisian style and friendly atmosphere. Their pastries come straight from Misi of Jacques Liszt, while the syrups and the wines arrive to the city from Lake Balaton. Among the desserts, we would definitely recommend the panna cotta, because we've never had a creamier one in Budapest. The small terrace and tiny interior are like the inside of a small jewelry box, so it is a must-see for romantics.”
