You are staying behind a working plastics fabrication, machining and injection molding workshop. It's interesting, not smelly, not too noisy during the daytime and mostly quiet after 6 pm. We will be happy to show you and probably put you to work. (No, not really put you to work)

I will be available to you during your stay. I live in another private studio in the building and work across the parking lot. I like Bakersfield and will be happy to share a little history and what to do. This is where Steinbeck"s "Grapes of Wrath" ended and that explains a lot.
Close to scenic Kern River and Sequoia National Park. Outlet Shops at Tejon.
Please respect quiet for the neighbors. Come and go any time. Large rescue dog lives here. He is dog friendly with an introduction. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. Please smoke outside away from the building. Pets stay outside. $50 extra cleaning fee if pets are allowed inside. They are free to roam the yard.
