The very first things guest are told upon checking in is please look around if anything looks sub-par needs replacing, fixing etc, let me know and ill fix / get right now - or you can message me on airbnb messenger which goes to my phone and I take care of what you need. zero messages in inbox or by voice were delivered to me about more kitchen equipment or shower curtain. They asked for laundry done and got back three loads in 5 hours returned to them. Should any other requests had been made those too would have been satisfied right then. Guests also saw all new paint going up and I gave them tons of positive things to say, like gift baskets they received, immediate responses to issues and immediate solutions to them, such as the bench that has been there 7 years, broken by these guests, was repaired within one hour of notification, no charge, of course! Complain now n review about taxi costs when I had reserved them a cart which they never used!!? We definitely deserved a better review than this from these guest!! Also view the photos all furniture outside in the photos is there now - what do you mean tables and chairs, there table and chairs are there!!!Remember you guys had me fix it after you broke large love seat piece to the table and chairs set!!!??
