Interação com os hóspedes

Carol, my mom, who lives here has gotten excellent reviews from so many guests. She is gracious and willing to engage in great conversation or let you enjoy the space and your vacation in your own way. Let her know if you want farm fresh eggs to cook for your breakfast or our own raised meats and veggies.

Amy is very responsive and prompt in her correspondence and Carol who's the host at the farm is very helpful and makes you feel at home. The location is about a 35min drive from Woodstock/Lincoln area which we did not mind because it's a pretty scenic drive. My husband and I loved the farm experience!

Amy was an excellent host. She had coffee ready when we got up, and even had coffee cake the morning we left. She gave us great recommendations for places to eat-- we especially liked Calamity Jane's Restaurant. If we ever end up back in NH we would love to stay again!

I find it very difficult to write a review for this place, as it is an absolute bargain, Carol is really nice, the whole house is open to you, there were fresh vegetables in the fridge you could use, and there are a lot of great hikes only a short drive away. All in all it easily was a five star Airbnb stay if not for one thing: the dog. Carol had a guard dog over which would throw quite fit as soon as we'd enter the house (just as a guard dog is supposed to do), and would only stop when Carol showed up. Can't really blame the dog as it only does what it's supposed, and can't blame Carol for being there to calm him down every moment of the day, but it did make us feel quite unwelcome to walk around the house which is a shame:( We just feel the Airbnb would be a so much more pleasent experience if the dog wouldnt be around. We don't think the is actually Carol's, so it might just be that usually he isnt around, in which case this really is an awesome place!

Resposta de Amy:
We are deeply troubled by the experience this guest had with Bosco. Bosco is usually not at the farm and usually Amy is there also if he is. Amy was away and we believe Bosco was not feeling well, making him anxious. He is not a guard dog, just a family pet. Other guests who have interacted with him have found him to be friendly and lovable. We are very sorry you had this experience with him. He usually is just laying around sleeping or running around outside with Carol if he is at the farm.

A welcoming home hosted by very engaging and friendly people. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with the hosts and interacting with the animals. The house is set up to allow for the guests to enjoy the private wing of the house or venture into the more lived in kitchen, living room and porch area. It was a wonderful place to relax off the beaten path.

We enjoyed our stay at the farm very much, it is right in the countryside and surrounded by nature! Our host Carol, Amy's Mom, was lovely and we enjoyed our conversations with her very much! The old farm house is beautifully arranged and you can discover stuff and stories there. The kingsize bed was very spacious and we had our own bathroom. The sheep and chicken around are fun to watch and we were lucky that at that time there was much delicious salad growing in the garden - thanks again for sharing some!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. The home is a beautiful, old farmhouse in a quiet and scenic setting. The large bedroom with a big comfortable bed afforded us a great deal of privacy, in that we essentially had a whole wing of the house to ourselves since no one was staying in the secondary bedroom. Carol was our host, and she was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The sheep and chickens were charming.
