Dating back to the 1870s, Orchard House is full of charm and character with many original features including open fire places and wooden floors. Nestled on the edge of the village of Martham, 3 miles from the lovely East Norfolk Coastline.
Atmospheric old farmhouse with plenty of rooms, ideal for family groups. The kitchen is the focal point of the house, where we come together to eat and relax. Two living rooms downstairs, one with a fireplace and music centre and the other with a TV + DVD player, are ideal for relaxing and unwinding. There is also a dining room, pantry and cloakroom, not forgetting modern essentials including a washing machine and dishwasher. A lovely paved courtyard makes for great alfresco meals when the weather allows. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, one room with a three sleeper bunk and a single room. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. A travel cot and highchair are available on demand.

I am very family orientated and I think my house is a reflection of that. It is big enough to have all my loved ones around me, but cosy enough that we can enjoy sitting around the fire chatting all night.
