A 300 year old farmhouse in National Park (behind Sugar Loaf mountain & 15 mins from Abergavenny)
Quiet night's sleep in separate annexe, then you have breakfast looking at spectacular views. (No evening meals - really happy to suggest where to go)
Stay in a separate timber clad, annexe, linked to main house via glass corridor.
1 double & 1 twin room with shared bathroom (Bath - no shower yet)
Wi-Fi (but can be v. slow). Tea & coffee in room.
No TV in rooms.
For longer bookings you have the use of sitting room with wood burner in main house (not for supper though).
Full English breakfast in family kitchen or bacon sarnie packed by arrangement.
Plenty of storage for bikes etc with water to hose down.
4 max in the house.
The foothills of the Black Mountains (the unexplored side of Brecon Beacons National Park) is the view from the house, with wide open heather summits a 20 minute walk up behind.
Offa's Dyke and priceless mountain biking.
Nearby foodie pub 10 minute drive away, famous Partrishow Church a stone's throw and Abergavenny train station 15 minute drive.
Zero or v patchy mobile reception. Does it matter?

Unable to take bookings with a few hours notice - 24 hours minimum booking notice please.
VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Mon-Fri bookings: earliest possible breakfast is 9am (as we are on the school run!). Book in times by arrangement due to after school commitments.
No evening meals - we do not have facilities for you to cook an evening meal and do not want lots of food in bedrooms
Smoking outside please - where you can also inhale the view.
