Maui is a vacation paradise. Hawaii is one of the most healthy places on the planet. Judit and Tim have a very comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood to call home while you enjoy adventures on Maui. Please look at our complete listing before you book. Aloha! My wife and I have a family size apartment for rent in a friendly neighborhood on the beautiful North Shore of Maui. The Lucy Fan Ohana is a large, clean, and private apartment. Please look at our photo collection. The spacious second floor master bedroom has a lovely queen bed and large, covered outdoor deck. The first floor living area includes a sofa and a futon in the living room, a kitchen and dining area for 4, and a lovely bathroom. You can see the ocean and the volcano from the lanai off the master bedroom. The unit includes superior eero wi-fi internet access, cable tv, a private entrance, laundry facilities, day trip amenities, and off street parking. There are hoses for use after a sandy day at the beach. The apartment is Maui County code compliant for rentals, permit #BBPH 2015/0005. The apartment is located one block off the Hana Highway, one mile from Haiku town, and about 20 minutes from the airport. Surfer? North Shore beaches including Ho'okipa and Jaws at Peahi are just minutes away. Haiku Town is just a mile up the road, and includes great and good restaurants, food trucks, a well stocked grocery market, and other useful stores. The daily rate for 2 people is $175 per night with a 3 night minimum. That fee is all inclusive, no cleaning fees or taxes are added to your cost. Maui is a rather small island, and our place is a great base of operations for most activities. Longer stays at our ohana are encouraged, so the time you might spend moving around can be better spent enjoying the island. Check in at 3pm, out at 11am. A weekly or monthly discount is available, stay as long as you like. We are an ideal spot for a couple, but we will take 3 adults or a couple with a kid for a higher rate. Infants up to one year old are free, but a 3rd person of any other age is an additional $50 per night. A crib, a highchair, and many other useful items for a child are available for free. If you are approved, please let us know as soon as you can when you think you might arrive. We have attached recent photos of the apartment and scenics of Maui for you to consider. Our home is in a quiet, peaceful family neighborhood. The apartment is secure and private. The yard is landscaped for tropical serenity. Maui is one of the most beautiful places on the planet, a paradise for all sorts of creatures. We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.

A word to the wise. A Maui County Rental Permit is essential for a stress-free vacation. Make sure your host has a valid permit number. Ours is BBPH 2015/0005. Maui has many unlicensed operators who cannot guarantee your reservation. Some are being shut down on short notice, sometimes after guests have already moved in! Yikes! Will they will be here when you arrive? We will! Plus, we have plans for your safety and a lot of experience creating guest satisfaction. Please arrive vaccinated or with a Covid negative PCR test. Please keep in mind that we are a one unit, family style accommodation located in a neighborhood. We do not employ a large staff of housekeepers or gardeners. We are not a resort. We depend on the tradewinds for great ventilation. If you want a guarantee of no bugs or geckos or air conditioning, you would be well advised to book into a resort or condominium. This is a home in a humble Hawaiian style neighborhood. E komo mai.
