Free-standing house of about 140sqm on 3 levels: basement, first and second floor.
The basement consists of: a large room with vaulted brick currently used as a sitting room and a room that serves as a storage / utility room. The basement, quite independent of the rest of the house can possibly be used as home office. In the adjoining room can be obtained a small bathroom.
On the first floor is the kitchen / dining room with fireplace. From here you access to another room used as pantry and, hence, to the bathroom. From the dining room climb to the second floor consists of a room currently used as a sitting room / office and a small bathroom. Through some steps carved in the walls leads to the two bedrooms one of which located on the top floor has a loft used as a storeroom. The rooms have two beds each (possibly 3). A room with two beds, closed with a sliding can be derived also in the living room / studio below the loft.
From the second floor there is also access to the loft which has been used as a walk-in closet and laundry.
The original house was probably built in the sixteenth century.
For its geographical position and its characteristics (the brick, the chimney) is suitable to be used even in cold weather and it is very suitable to spend the Christmas holidays or New Year's Eve
