Thanks for taking the time to write your review, and I am glad that you were happy with the villa and staff. I would briefly like to address a couple of your points.
Our property is in Seminyak and is quite close to many of the Seminyak bars such as Ku De Ta, Red Carpet, La Finca and Lacalita to name a few. The bars you mentioned are in the neighboring area of Petitenget, and these are typically a US$5 taxi ride from our property. Most of our guests find this quite convenient and our staff are happy to organise transport for guests.
Airport pick-up can be a little more expensive than the taxis depending on the rate you manage to negotiate with the taxi driver. Often guests end up paying more than our pick-up service. The pick-up includes the driver waiting in the Arrivals Hall for the guest, assisting with baggage and taking the guest directly to our property. It is not uncommon for flights to be significantly delayed. In addition most taxis have difficulty in finding anything but the largest hotels in Bali. This often results in the taxi taking significantly longer to bring the guests to their accommodation. Regardless, guests are welcome to arrive by taxi should they choose to.
I have had my staff report on the issues with the mini-bar. They reported that as you were checking out early you had paid your account the night before. However during the night you had consumed more drinks from the mini-bar, and were reluctant to pay for these, saying that you had already paid the bill. All mini-bar prices are clearly and correctly displayed.
I also note that as you were checking out early our Reservation Staff were not on duty yet, and the payment for your additional consumed drinks was handled by our night staff. While all our staff do speak English, some are of course better than others. I do apologise if this caused some confusion for you, however it seems like your account was settled correctly.
