Within the B&B The Truffula Tree contest, the villa, enclosed by forest and open on Brenta Dolomites, is ideal for peace seekers, families, climbers, hikers. There are 2 apartments, 1 all for you! The biogarden has a pond, gazebo, perfect for BBQs!
The apartment, within B&B The Truffula Tree contest, has an balcony in the front for afternoon sun and sunsets and amazing views over the Brenta Dolomites. The back porch is ideal for breakfast and catching the morning sun. One room is located in the front of the house and has a huge glass window with the view on the valley and the Brenta. The villa is one of the last houses of the town, just before the forest, so peace and tranquillity are assured!
If you have kids, we have a baby crib and a small bed, changing station and special toilette seat.
For those that care about the environment and their CO2 footprint, the house has an "Ole" (a traditional wooden fireplace) that warms up the entire apartment during winter. It also has a 14cm insulating coat, a new well insulated roof to keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. of course there's also a solar heating system for water, ! :-)
The garden has many fruit trees and berries, everything is organic, and please feel free to help yourself to anything! I have a little swimming pool that can be put up if you are coming with kids, on request.
Dogs are very welcome, and are allowed inside as long they're house trained. There is a kennel in the balcony for them as well and we have bowls and blankets for them as well if they need.
In the garden there is also a gazebo which is right in front of a BBQ pit, ideal for shade and sleeping out in nature.
Acesso dos hóspedes
You will have access to the whole garden, gazebo (which you will be sharing with us) and the apartment on the first floor, including the balcony and the porch on the back (just for you). There are 3 small steps to access up to the front door.
Within the garden there is parking directly in front of the house.
Interação com os hóspedes
I live between Italy and Germany. When I am present in the house (the flat above yours), I am very happy to interact with you and provide help. I have a German shepherd, a female, very sweet with anybody (loves kids). She is always with me, wherever I am.
The entrance to the house is shared, then there are 2 doors that separate the 2 flats.
If I am in Germany, then my housemate Roberto will take care of you.
If you need help planning your stay, I will be very glad anyway to give you tips on things to do or see, especially tips on local climbing crags, hiking or restaurants. Just write or call me.
Before you arrive I'll let you know anyway if I'll be present or not, so you will know what to expect!
The price includes the tourist tax, which is 1,5 euro per person per night!
The house is just half way between Trento (ratede 3rd of best European Christmas market!) and Arco. Smaller markets also in some of the valley's medioeval towns.
The town is also strategically located: in 25 minutes driving you can reach Trento, or lake Garda, or lake Lagolo.
There will be bed sheets and towels for the guests, travel light! :-)
The house is very special, and I am expecting you to treat it with respect, as it was your own.
If you would like to light up the Olle, please read the instructions carefully, it is not a normal fireplace. There is wood in the woodshed you can use, a little donation is welcome if you use a lot, for me to buy more wood next year.
The garden has never been treated with chemicals and it hosts different animals, depending on the seasons (especially the pond). Please respect them and do not hurt or disturb them or destroy their homes.
Although the neighbors are actually kind of far, please do not keep the music too lead and late in the night not to disturb the quiet of the valley. You will love just hearing the sounds of the leaves of the birch tree when the wind blows through!
No smoking allowed inside the house! Please use the ashtray provided outside in the balcony.
