3 bedrooms include 1 King Bed in Master, 1 Queen Bed in Guest, and 2 Bunk Beds with a Full Bed in the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a flat screen TV mounted and a Wii game system. All rooms have plenty of closet space for your stay.
2 Bathrooms with a shower in the master and a tub in the second. The linen closet offers plenty of towels.
Includes a new Whirlpool washer/dryer set with detergent, bleach and fabric softener provided.
Living room has a new 55" LCD TV for you to view Netflix/Hulu and a wireless internet connection. Stylish furniture and artwork makes it a comfortable setting.

There is a 4 night minimum. There is a one time $175 cleaning fee to prepare for your stay. Refundable $500 security deposit.
There is a $10 per night charge for adult guests greater than 4.
For stays under 29 continuous days, Palm Springs Occupancy Tax of 11.5% is due upon arrival. TOT Permit #4962.

Holidays or special events may be subject to a higher nightly rate and minimum stays.
