We love the little garden which gets sunlight until about 4pm. It is great waking up and having coffee outside looking over towards the south downs. The location is amazing, very close to 7 dials and great cafes (jo's- amazing breakfasts) and pubs.

To be respectful and tidy, we live in a house that has been converted into flats so be respectful of the neighbors, they are all lovely. Try not to be noisy after 10pm. No smoking indoors. Also if you could water the plants in the garden that would be very appreciated!
