Located in Jovenceaux, a quiet hamlet few kilometers from the famous ski resort of Sauze d'Oulx, the house ideally meant for a family with young children, is a cozy two floors mountain chalet with a scenic view of Mount Chaberton.
On the ground floor an ample living room with sofas and armchairs opens on a dining room (seating up to 8 people) and a kitchen. The living room has TV and stereo sets while the kitchen is furnished of oven , refrigerator ,dishwashing and linen washing machines. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are a double bed and a two beds sleeping rooms and a smaller mansard room under the roof with three beds which children love. On the first floor there is also the main bathroom with bathtub. In all the bedrooms and in the anteroom of this floor cupboards and chests of drawers are available.
The house is supplied with towels, bed sheets ,blankets and quilts.
Independent heating system allows to keep the temperature of the house as per the guests preference
The house has a small court from which a gate opens on the road leading on one direction towards the chair lift to Sportinia (about 100m from the house) and on the other direction towards the old village (also about 100 m).At the end of the day you can reach the chalet with the skis directly at the end of the ski run.

Interaction with the guests
At the arrival a person will show the guests the house and will deliver the keys of the house and of the shed.
The chalet is in the ancient village of Jouvenceaux (altitude 1510 msl),typical mountain hamlet of the Piedmont region, with the chapel of St.Antony the Abbot showing on the outside a well preserved 15th century fresco. In Jouvenceaux there are a bar ,selling newspapers and cigarettes, and two restaurants, namely l'Etoile de Neige and La Fontaine.Two shops of ski equipment are also open in Jouvenceaux.
With a car drive or a bus ride of few minutes one can reach Sauze d'Oulx (famous ski resort) where shops, supermarkets ,restaurants and pubs are available,as well as the a Spa,the central ski school,drugstore and a movie theatre.
Jouvenceaux with its chairlift is connected to the Via Lattea (milky way) ski area extending from Sauze to Sestriere,San Sicario,Cesana,Claviere,Mongenevre where the winter Olympic Games of 2006 took place.
In the area there are 72 chairlifts and skilifts and 212 ski runs, suitable to skiers of any level of skill.
For the lovers of hiking both in winter (with the snowshoes) and in summer an excursion to the Park of Gran Bosco can be a unique experience.
In summer the whole area is buzzing with the mountain bikers.
For the lovers of art Turin with its museums is at 50 minutes car drive.Other interesting sites to visit are the fort of Exilles and the Sacra di San Michele
