Our beautiful converted barn offers space, peace and privacy in rural Somerset, but just 10 mins drive from the M5. The large room, with king size bed provides luxurious accommodation for two, and includes TV, radio, WiFi and en-suite shower room.
Large room potentially accommodates additional guests (either children or adults) by adding a bed in the room. Alternately we have further lovely and comfortable bedrooms (not en suite). We are very flexible so please phone to discuss additional requirements and costs.

The surrounding area is on the Somerset Levels, so is mostly flat with quiet lanes so is ideal for cycling. Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip hills are very near and ideal for walking or rock climbing. Furthmore, Exmoor national park is under an hour away and is an ideal walking area.
Guests should check-in between 4.00pm - 9.00 pm on day of arrival and check-out by 10.30am on day of departure. Private parking is available for up to 3 cars.
Payment is required on arrival.
Smoking is not allowed in the house. Sadly, pets are not allowed.
Scrumptious Breakfast & Flippin Breakfast!
At a reasonable additional cost, breakfast is available. Choose from the long list of sensational tasty dishes including full English breakfast, smoked salmon & scrambled eggs, vegetarian option and, with advance notice, a delicious vegan option. All available in three sizes - medium, large and ridiculous.
Also, as a special feature for the month of July 2017, you can take advantage of Old Barn Flippin' Breakfast. For those staying for more than one night, who cannot do justice to a hearty breakfast in the morning, you can opt to have your tasty breakfast served between 5 and 6pm.
