As you well know (due to my many messages), it was an unforseen, unexpected circumstance, which I warned you about as soon as I knew.
Sadly, you never responded to any of my messages, so I was unable to gauge what you wanted me to do about it...
It saddens me that you were disappointed, as when I showed you around the flat, on your arrival, you said it wasn't an issue and you seemed really happy about the flat.
I tried to resolve the situation for you afterwards, again by reaching out to you and trying to have a conversation about it, but once again, you didn't respond or didn't want to have a chat about what options were available to you.
I'm sorry you had this "one off" experience, which was completely out of my control.
