The guest obviously did not read the details of what he had booked. He complained that the photo did not match. In fact the room has been freshly painted and has a brand new & much nicer bed. The fridge in the room is also a new edition and is less than 3 weeks old, it is the first time it had been used.
I have no control of a spiders movements outside of the window!
The window is designed to tilt, which it does freely. This is so it can be permanently left open, whilst still leaving the room secure as it faces onto the street.
The items left in the wardrobe are for the guests use and comfort. There is a quilt, a blanket and some jumpers and jackets for when the guests are caught out by the often cold Northerly wind.
The water does take a little while to run through hot, which all of the guests are told about. Once hot, the pressire is great and the hot water is both plentiful and unlimited.
Pedro thought he had booked the entire house, comprising 3 floors, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, sleeping 10 people for £30 per night in High Season! He booked "Room Only" was obviously disappointed and then did nothing but complain.
They left after 24hours. He was informed that I have a Strict Cancellation policy.
Unfortunately you can't please all of the people all of the time.
Thankfully my years and years of great reviews speak for themselves.
