Enviably located in the pedestrianised east-end of Market Street in the heart of town, this historic town-house offers indulgent contemporary living. Accommodating up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, the property offers incredible flexibility. Set over three floors, the space benefits from open-plan kitchen-lounge-dining, three bathrooms, a private garden and garage space for storage. An incredible property in an incredible location!

Pembroke, part of our highly regarded Superior & Luxury Collection, is a traditional but fully modernised stone built terraced town-house located in the very heart of St Andrews. Offering almost 2000sq ft of luxurious contemporary accommodation over three floors, the property is more than a match for the town's premium hotels!

The location is unrivalled! A minute on foot from the restaurants, cafes, pubs and retail of Market Street, a little over 10 to the Old Course, 2 minutes to St Salvators Chapel/University and 4 minutes to the Abbey!

The ground floor offers two stylish bedrooms and bathroom, a utility/laundry room and a garage space for storing your clubs, cases or perhaps bicycles.

The first floor accommodates an incredibly bright lounge and fully equipped kitchen offering superior appliances. A formal dining room for eight and a cosy snug are also found on this "public" floor.

The top floor offers an impressive master bedroom complete with en-suite shower room, another twin or superking bedroom (option) and a family bathroom complete with twin sinks, shower and full-size bath!

A private garden can be found to the rear of the property. Benefitting from established flowers and shrubs, the garden also offers a large paved patio complete with table and seating for enjoying a sunny breakfast or wee dram in the evening!

Our technology package includes unlimited Broadband Wifi & flat panel TV, and the entire space benefits from a modern gas-fired central heating system.

As you would expect, Pembroke is serviced prior to your arrival by professional contractors and fitted with professionally supplied hotel quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels.

An incredible and unique way to sample the delights of our small but bustling golf and university town. We can't imagine why you'd book anywhere else!


Check-in from 4PM onwards using the on-site key-box. Unfortunately, as we operate multiple busy properties serviced by an external cleaning contractor, we are no longer able to offer changes to arrival or departure times without an additional expedite charge. Any changes are subject to availability and should be requested at time of booking.

Although Pembroke has an integral garage space it wasn't designed with modern cars in mind so is offered to our guests only as additional storage. If you are arriving by car we can direct you to paid and free parking within a few minutes walk of the front door.

THE OPEN GOLF: this property is available to book for the event in July 2022. As Airbnb is unable to offer time-bound changes in cancellation policy we are accepting reservations direct. The minimum booking is 7-nights between the 8th and 19th of July, but longer stays can be arranged. The headline rate advertised on Airbnb for this period is correct. No service charges apply.
