- We have two very friendly dogs who you may bump into in the backyard
- Because there are two of us living upstairs, you may hear a little of us and our pups walking around
- We both teach music lessons upstairs in the afternoons/early evenings but will always keep any noise to normal daytime hours
- This is an older house with its own character, including a toilet that is fully functioning but has its own quirks
