A lovely, light-filled, soft-carpeted bedroom with a distant London view. There’s a very comfortable bed, a spacious wardrobe with a big mirror, books, wifi, a bathrobe, a hairdryer, a table and chair. Two steps up, off the landing, is a bathroom – all yours - with soft towels, a deep bath, a shower attachment (NOT IDEAL if you like showers) and a heated towel rail.
We provide a continental breakfast in the dining room : filter coffee, a selection of teas, muesli, cereals, Greek yogurt, fresh fruit salad, and toast with honey, marmalade or jam – tuck in! For cafes, bars and restaurants you are spoiled for choice. Find our NEIGHBOURHOOD GUIDE in your room.
Street parking is easy, and free.

We give you a key and you can come and go as you please but we are very happy to advise and make suggestions if you don't know the city.
Visitor Oyster cards (or, alternatively, paper Travel Cards, valid for 1-7 days) are essential for getting round London, and best purchased online before you arrive. Alternatively you can buy them at Underground and Overground stations, train stations, and Oyster Ticket Stops (ie. newsagents and small stores). Contactless debit cards from British banks also work.
There are six fare zones – we are in Zone 2.
As this is our home, we just ask that you respect it as you would if you were staying with friends. Smoking: not in the house please, but the garden is absolutely fine.
I am an artist (ex performance, now painting) and my wife Jo is a freelance editor and guide book writer. Which sounds like we travel a lot. We don’t, we’re busy discovering London instead! We love the food, music and creativity of Peckham, enjoy discovering other cities and meeting people of all ages, and really look forward to welcoming you to our home.
