The lawn is large enough for croquet or badminton and two kayaks are available for guests. There are also plenty of board games and books in the house. A path leads down to the shoreline where you can launch the kayaks, hunt for sea glass and pick muscles. It is rocky, so wear sneakers or flip-flops. It's a great place for walking or biking but you'll need to bring your own or rent bikes in Ellsworth or Bar Harbor.
