3 minutes to the private beach and 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza for all your shopping & dining. The apartment & neighborhood are charming, you will want to make it a regular destination. We offer basic cable because we have found most folks are more interested in being out and about.
Cozy, comfortable (12' x 24') with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (shower). The private entrance has a free parking space. Minutes to the beach, shopping, dining in the original Hilton Head "cool" neighborhood. No smoking or pets permitted. (2nd apartment available next door if you want more room, to travel with friends or the dates you want are booked listing, just ask.

Private beach access, beach chairs, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, cooler, hair dryer. Beach toys for the kid in you. Outside deck with chairs/cushions. Free parking. Shower on the deck to rinse off beach sand from the items borrowed.

The owners are on property in the adjacent house to help with any questions, suggestions or needs. We have lived on the Island since 1978 and love to share what we love best about our little slice of paradise.
Please let us know if you have any special requests or if this is a special occasion. Local offerings: fishing, boating, chartered fishing boat trips, deep sea fishing, arts, culture & history, waterfront activities, marinas, nature trails, wildlife, Mitchelville, historic landmarks, coastal, Civil War, African-American heritage corridor, Gullah-Geechee historic corridor, Southern history and cuisine, golf, tennis courts, yoga, biking, events, horse back riding, historic tours, photography, painting, writing.
Quiet time after 10 pm.Please, no smoking inside. If you want to smoke outside, please let us know and we will provide an ashtray outside. Recycling at the end of the deck & trash can is outside the apartment. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 12 noon. If we don't have another reservation coming the check in and check out times are flexible.

Mark & I LOVE New Mexico, traveling the back roads and making art. Mark, originally from Ohio/ Pennsylvania spent 6 years on a nuclear submarine during the Cold War.
