This self-contained unit/studio is on the top floor of a commercial building on the Kandy Jaffna A9 road [4Km from Matale]. It is ideally located to explore all the wonders of the Central Province of Sri Lanka. Your host, Thilak, is a semi-retired naval consultant architect who has worked in many countries and travelled extensively. He owns and manages the building; your unit is the only one set up for accommodation. It is fully secured with bars on windows and 24 hours CCTV camera.

The unit is spacious and comfortable for up to 2 people. You will be in a friendly environment with the owner's representative around the building from 7am to 7 pm. The premises are secure with a lockable gate to garage and rear entrance, lockable roller doors to main entrance and 24 hours CCTV security cameras .

The unit/studio is self-contained. Guest will have access to the entire unit as well as parking space.

Outras observações
If guests need transport to travel around, Thilak can drive around in his new Honda HRV (depends on his availability) or can arrange a friendly driver with a good car.

I am a semi-retired Consultant Naval Architect. I've been fortunate to have worked in Australia, United Kingdom, Solomon Islands, Fiji, Vanuatu, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia as well as my home country. I've travelled extensively to many part of the world to carry out repairs/maintenance work on ships that I have built. Last month I visited Australia where I experienced my first Airbnb in Caloundra (Qld). I was a guest of John Richardson who is an Airbnb member. I am keen to show off my town of Matale and the Central Province in general. By hosting guests, either from overseas or Sri Lanka, I get a chance to meet new people and help them discover and appreciate the culture and people of Sri Lanka.
