Meadowood Farm follows all Vermont COVID regulations. At this time, all our guests must vaccinated. The Farm is a wonderful B&B in the summer; green everywhere. Fall foliage is fantastic with views of two crimson and yellow mountain ranges. The Farm is on 18 acres off back roads amidst horse and dairy farms. Farmhouse Room 1 is large with king bed and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub/walk-in tile shower. Farmhouse Room is on the second floor overlooking lawn and forest.

O espaço
For the 2021 season and until further notice, all B&B guests must be fully vaccinated. Room 1 is not available mid-July 2021 through mid-August 2021. Otherwise, Room 1 is available June through October.
Meadowood Farm offers elegant and spacious accommodations and has been operated as a Bed and Breakfast for twenty years. Located between the Vermont towns of Bennington and Manchester, the Farm offers days of wonderful recreation, touring, shopping and evenings at casual or fine dining restaurants. Bennington College is a mere 4 miles from the Farm down the mountain into North Bennington.
Farmhouse Room 1 is inspected annually by the Vermont Department of Health. The common rooms, dining room, and commercial kitchen are inspected as well. The Farm is licensed for lodging and food service with a rating of 99%.
Meadowood Farmhouse Room 1 is available for rental periods of 2 or more nights, weekly, and monthly from May through November. The Farm is a wonderful place during those months. Spring and summer offer warm days and cool nights. Central air conditioning is available for warmer periods. Foliage is exceptional as there are over 300 maple trees on the Farm's 18 acres. Sugaring season occurs during March each year providing maple syrup for spring, summer, and fall breakfasts. By November and December snow is expected.

Farmhouse Room 1 offers an antique-filled king bed room on the second floor. The Room has a wildlife/water bird theme and newly upgraded private tile bathroom with walk-in tile shower and soaking tub.

Farmhouse room 1 accommodates two guests. Any additional guests in the same party will occupy an adjacent room and at additional cost. Breakfast is included in the posted rate for stays of 2 to 5 days. For your selection, the next morning's breakfast is posted on the prior day. Our breakfast consists of several courses; homemade muffins, fruit, sweet dishes, Meadowood Farm greens with egg entrees. We use our own maple syrup from our acres of maple trees; grow our own herbs and greens; and have free range chickens that lay eggs of many colors.

On select evenings dinner options are available at additional cost. Daily menus are provided upon request and arranged in advance. Dinner selections may be made in the morning. The Farm food service is provided in the main dining area or screened porch located on the first floor.

The Farm has from three to ten free-range chickens that supply eggs for our guests. Due to the vulnerability of our chickens and livestock, only one smaller dog will be allowed at the Farm at a time. Horses may be boarded at a neighbor's stable. There are riding trails in the area.

Acesso do hóspede
In addition to the antique-filled king rooms, guests of Meadowood Farm enjoy the comfortable living room with marble fireplace, fishing theme pictures, antique pictures, furniture, and books. Behind the Farmhouse is a slate patio surrounded by fieldstone walls. Comfortable patio furniture and picnic table offer an opportunity for outdoor dining. The patio overlooks a huge tree stand, an expansive meadow, and the mountains beyond. On-site is a paved parking area. Hiking through the Farm's 18 acres of forest and expansive meadow is an awesome experience. And the Long Trail, Vermont's section of the Appalachian Trail, entrance is within a few miles of the Farm.
